Mistie Bauscher

Mistie Bauscher, a Caldwell native, is a civil and criminal trial attorney and a partner in the Briggs & Bauscher law firm. She graduated magna cum laude from Gonzaga University in 2004. Ms. Bauscher obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho in 2010, finishing among the top 25 percent of her class. Ms. Bauscher’s practice areas include criminal defense and family law. She is a member of the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and the Women Lawyers Group.

I met Mistie Bauscher in March 2013. My daughter and I were arrested for DUI and MIC.
